The School of Physical Science and Technology held its 2022 Leadership Annual Performance and Democratic Evaluation Conference

On the morning of February 24, 2023, at 9:00 am, the School of Physical Science and Technology held its 2022 Leadership Annual Performance and Democratic Evaluation Conference. The School’s leadership team, all faculty members, retired representatives, and student representatives attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Party Secretary Liu Yu. Firstly, Secretary Liu Yu introduced the arrangements for the 2022 annual performance assessment of the School, and on behalf of the School’s Party committee and the leadership team, made a report on the School’s party building and the leadership team's performance in 2022. In 2022, the School adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping's ideology on socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era, deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the Sixth Plenum of the 19th Party Congress, the 20th National Congress, and implemented the spirit of the School's 15th Party Congress, deepened educational, teaching and scientific research reforms, vigorously promoted discipline construction and first-class development, steadily improved the quality of talent training, focused on characteristic development, actively served the needs of national strategic planning, and wrote a new chapter in the development of the School. 


While systematically and comprehensively summarizing their work, Secretary Liu Yu expressed their heartfelt thanks for the unremitting effort and hard work of everyone in the School over the past year. Then, the members of the leadership team took turns to make a report on their work responsibilities, including discipline construction, talent introduction, teaching and research development and laboratory construction, faculty construction, cooperation and exchange, student work, trade unions, united front work and other aspects, and reported on individual problems and rectification measures, and the Party's work style and clean governance. The attendees then evaluated the leadership team through anonymous voting.
